What is QHHT?
QHHT is one of the most profound healing modalities available today. Developed by Dolores Cannon, it's a deeply personal journey into your subconscious mind - the part of you that holds every answer you've ever needed.
In a single session, you may access past lives, receive direct guidance from your Higher Self, and experience healing that talk therapy, journaling, or mindset work simply can't reach. People come in carrying questions they've held for years and leave with a clarity that changes everything.
What to Expect
Your QHHT session is a full-day experience, typically running 4 to 6 hours. We begin with an unhurried conversation - your life, your questions, what brought you here. From there, you'll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state where your subconscious can speak freely.
No experience with hypnosis is necessary. You don't need to prepare anything except an open mind and a willingness to receive.
After your session, you'll receive a recording so you can revisit everything that came through.
This is deep work. Come ready to meet yourself.
Christine's path to QHHT began with Many Lives, Many Masters - Dr. Brian Weiss's 5-week intensive online course in past life regression and psychospiritual healing, completed in 2020. QHHT was the natural next step.

What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses intentional frequency, vibration, and presence to help your body release what your mind has been holding. Crystal singing bowls produce tones that move through you at a cellular level — resetting your nervous system, quieting mental noise, and creating space for deep rest and restoration.
You don't have to do anything except show up and receive.
What to Expect
Your sound healing session runs approximately 60 minutes. You'll be guided into a relaxed, receptive state as the bowls do their work.
Sessions take place in a peaceful, intentionally held space.
People often describe feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested afterward. Some experience emotional releases. Some simply sleep better that night. Every session is different — and exactly what you need.

Tarot is a conversation - between you, your intuition, and the wisdom that's already inside you. The cards don't predict a fixed future. They illuminate what's present, what's possible, and what you might be ready to see.
A reading with Christine is grounded, honest, and deeply personal. This isn't fortune telling. It's a mirror.
What to Expect
Your tarot reading runs 30 minutes - focused, intentional, and specific to what you're navigating right now. Come with a question, a theme, or simply an openness to receive whatever wants to come through.
Sessions are available in person at the sanctuary or online via video call.
